X-Box 360 Success

My Xbox 360 has been getting 2 redlights on startup. The ring of death is 3 red lights and Microsoft will repair your xbox for free with this. Some reason my xbox would give 2 red lights which means overheating right when I turned on the console. After some searching I found out that it was most likely a problem with the heat heat syncs on the cpu & gpu of the xbox. Then I was left with 2 options. Pay 80 bucks and wait 3 weeks sending my xbox back to Microsoft for repair? Or buy some screws and thermal compound for like 8 bucks and do it myself.. I chose..
